When you arrive we will be set up and ready for you. Each session will have an engineer there to help run your session and make sure everything looks and sounds perfect!
Step 3
Once your session is over, we will upload the video and audio for delivery. You’ll receive a link and the files will be ready for you to download.

If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, please re-book the time online as soon as possible. If you don’t want to re-book, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.

For most podcasts, we provide the live cut of your recording. This means that as you are talking, we are cutting between cameras, leaving you with just 1 file with all of the proper camera cuts already embedded.
If requested, we can provide isolated files from each camera, we just ask that you bring in a Samsung t5 or Samsung t7 SSD
For general content, we will provide the raw files from each camera recording.
